The website is informational and presentational in nature. Its purpose is to present the Controller's manufacturing offer in the field of pet food production. Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Website — the internet service available at globalpetsfood.pl, including all subpages. Controller / Service Provider — Global Pet's Food Sp. z o.o. User — any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Website. Contact Form — an interactive form available on the Website enabling users to send inquiries to the Controller.

Through the Website, the Controller provides the following services: - Providing information about the company, manufacturing offer, certifications, and own brands. - Enabling submission of business and contact inquiries through the contact form. - Providing informational materials, including the product catalog. Services are provided free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Controller reserves the right to temporarily limit website availability for maintenance purposes.

These Terms of Use are governed by Polish law. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Controller's registered office.
