The website available at globalpetsfood.pl is operated by Global Pet's Food Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Koźmin Wielkopolski, Góreczki, 63-720 Koźmin Wielkopolski, NIP (Tax ID): 6211837525. The website is informational and presentational in nature. Its purpose is to present the Controller's manufacturing offering in the field of pet food production. Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Website — the website available at globalpetsfood.pl, together with all subpages. Controller / Service Provider — Global Pet's Food Sp. z o.o. User — any natural person, legal entity or organizational unit using the Website. Contact form — an interactive form available on the Website that allows users to send an inquiry to the Controller.

Through the Website, the Controller provides the following services: - Providing information about the company, its manufacturing offering, certifications and own brands. - Enabling the submission of business and contact inquiries through the form. - Providing informational materials, including the product catalog. Services are provided free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Controller reserves the right to temporarily limit the availability of the Website for maintenance purposes.

The User undertakes to: - Use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practice. - Refrain from any actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Website. - Provide truthful and current information in the contact forms. - Not submit content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties.

Any complaints regarding the functioning of the Website should be submitted electronically to: sekretariat@ggpf.pl. A complaint should include a description of the problem and the User's contact details. The Controller will review the complaint within 14 business days of receiving it.

The Controller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

These Terms of Use are governed by Polish law. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Controller's registered office.
